Rush Orders
At Kezore, quality always comes first.
Rush orders are defined as any order requiring a turnaround time of four weeks or less. Rush orders may not always be available. Because I work independently and pride myself on craftsmanship, rushing may compromise quality standards.
No garment will ever be released unfinished. Every piece must be completed and meet Kezore’s quality standards before delivery.
Production timelines may shift due to design adjustments, added details, or client requests. These changes do not entitle clients to demand early release of garments or a refund.
